• We do not operate tours, events, or transport services ourselves.

• All services are delivered by independent third-party Operators.

If an activity is cancelled by the Operator due to:

• Bad weather

• Safety concerns

• Operational issues

You will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, which will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Refunds in such cases are subject to confirmation from the Operator.

• Processing times may vary depending on payment providers.

If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason:

• No refunds will be issued

• This includes no-shows, late arrivals, or change of plans

We strongly recommend ensuring availability and commitment before confirming your booking.

Changes or rescheduling requests are:

• Not guaranteed

• Subject entirely to the Operator’s availability and approval

• We are not liable for the performance, quality, or delivery of the service

• Any resolution is subject to the Operator’s terms and decision

By booking through IslandTicketsMalta.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

• Leisure services

• Event tickets

• Time-specific bookings (e.g. tours, excursions, activities)

Therefore, your booking is non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases where the Operator cancels the service.

By using IslandTicketsMalta.com, you agree that:

• IslandTicketsMalta.com is a broker and marketing platform, not the Operator of any listed service

• The contract for the service is between you and the Operator, not IslandTicketsMalta.com

• We are not liable for cancellations, delays, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the service provided by the Operator

• Our responsibility is limited to facilitating the booking and payment process
